Leading Change by Letting Go. During the day participants will learn some practical skills for building a strong professional learning community where all staff are involved in challenging each other in respectful ways. When staff  are part of the design team they are more likely to thrive. It's the same with our students. Students say teachers talk too much instead of listening. If schools are to meet needs for the future they must let go of power and be open to feedback regardless of shoe size. Learn how to do this during an interactive, challenging and practical day.
